Summary:
In this paper, a deep learning convolution neural network model is built to detect and count the microscopic eggs of roundworms (nematodes) from holographic videos. A microfluidic flow chip and lens-less imaging is used to record the holographic videos. The source code is also available in the Plos One paper.
S1 Video. Raw holographic video.
S2 Video. Reconstructed holographic video.
